Ruslan is a key specialist with many years of experience at SCS as a portrait sculptor, having created models for many of our projects. Thanks to his deep understanding of production processes and outstanding organizational skills, he successfully took over the project management department.

In close collaboration with the art director, Ruslan developed and implemented an effective project management system at the studio. His responsibilities include coordinating the work of all workshops, quality control of parts, accessories, and clothing, and managing related documentation.

Thanks to Ruslan's systematic approach, the studio has achieved significant improvements in the efficiency of the production cycle, reduced lead times, and guaranteed adherence to deadlines for the shipment of finished products.
