We have analyzed the pre-order results and finalized the participant lists. We have also locked down the complete project specification, which will strictly guide all stages of the John McClane figure production. All documentation has been uploaded to a dedicated tracking program to ensure the precise execution of every detail.

Current Status:

At the end of this month, a crucial production phase begins: 3D printing of components and the creation of silicone molds.

Preparatory work is complete, meaning we're moving on to the most important stage—production. We've finalized specifications and structured all processes.

The initial production phase involves ordering all consumables. We've already purchased a sufficient quantity of fabric and have begun gradually purchasing project components from our suppliers.

This first, preparatory phase of production allows us to focus on securing everything necessary to create the details of the future figure.

We've also taken collector feedback into account. Thank you for bringing some details of the Daywalker figure to our attention. The key changes for the final product will be as follows:

• Changed the design of the cloak belt buckle. We'll make it detachable, allowing you to adjust the belt in different positions.
• Changed the sunglasses coating. The lenses on the prototype don't look glossy enough. Our goal is to improve the coating to increase their reflectivity and shine.

We strive to gain the maximum experience from every project. Production on the John McClane figure has only just begun, but it's already taught us valuable lessons. We're constantly experimenting and making improvements.

One such improvement is the material used for the walkey-talkey. It's now made of impact-resistant ABS plastic, which resists damage from drops and heavy use.

Our main challenge in this project is producing copies of the custom body created specifically for John. We've already printed additional body parts to increase the number of production silicone molds and speed up the casting process.

Meanwhile, our tailor has completed the T-shirts, and they've been sent to the warehouse. There, they'll await their turn to apply weathering and weathering effects. The pants are currently being worked on, and the next task for the tailor will be sewing the bags. The metal hardware for them is already being made.

We've also prepared metal badges and a police ID card, which will be included with everyone who participated in the project's Early Access program.

All items awaiting painting or detailing are temporarily stored in the warehouse. Currently, John's feet (shoes) and his weapons—a pistol and a submachine gun—are stored there.

There's still a lot of work ahead, and we'll keep you updated on the progress. We can already confidently say that the project is progressing at the right pace and will be ready for release on time.

Project Rufio was launched recently, and its release occurred while our website was still under development. Therefore, the project launch and updates were handled through other platforms. We're currently catching up, and this article will help cover all the completed stages of the project.

The project is currently 75% complete, putting us a full month ahead of schedule. We hope to maintain this momentum and release the project ahead of schedule.

Completed tasks:

• All clothing sets.
• Swords.
• Earrings.
• Necklaces.
• Wristbands.
• Boots.
• Head sculpts (head replicas).
• Sword belts and scabbards.

Upcoming tasks:
The main tasks for the near future are to complete painting the head sculptures and add numerous decorative elements to the clothing (over 1,500 miniature parts on fabric and leather cords).

We expect delivery of the figurines for this project within the next month. Once they are modified, the final stage—assembling the figures—will begin.

We approach our work holistically, and some of the project's processes overlap. We combine tasks with similar goals to optimize time expenditures.

This month, we cast the Gruber head replicas in parallel with similar work on other projects.

Furthermore, the walkie- talkie modeling is currently complete. They have been painted a base color, and our artist will now begin painting the details.

The pistol replicas are also awaiting painting. After that, they will be sorted into storage sections.

Many processes require careful preparation, and the shoemaking process is a prime example. The soles and lasts are prepared for transfer to our tailor, who will begin creating them as soon as the clothing is completed.

Our team is currently busy with preparatory processes, including:

• 3D printing of costume elements and parts;

• 3D printing of shoe soles and lasts;

• 3D printing of hats;

• Casting of head replicas.

We have already received a significant amount of fabric from our partners. The pattern was printed using high-end equipment, guaranteeing the highest level of clarity.

The next step will be the production of sunglasses. The base for them has already been laser-cut and is currently awaiting further processing.

This announcement serves as the final status update for the "Rufio" project prior to its official release. We are pleased to report that the project continues to be ahead of the production schedule and is currently in its closing stages.

Current Progress:

• Head Sculpts: The painting of the head sculpts is in its final stage.
• Hands: The painting of the hands is complete, and the parts are ready for assembly.
• Costume: Since the last update, all decorative elements have been added to the outfits, signifying the full completion of work on the clothing.
• Bodies: We have received the shipment of silicone body blanks designated for this project. Their modification and painting are scheduled for this month.

December Objectives:

The primary objective for December is to finalize all work on the figures. Following the completion of the painting process, our artisans will commence the final stage: attaching the red feathers to the head sculpts.

Release Timeline:

After the New Year holidays, towards the end of January, our team will begin final preparations for shipment, marking the official project release.

Over the past few months, the John McClane project has shown impressive progress in the number of completed parts, which is highly encouraging for our team.

The primary focus for this project has been on painting, accessory creation, as well as mold development and casting of body parts.

Painting of pistols is complete

A central task for November has been the creation of body molds. We are testing additional casting technologies aimed at minimizing defects and optimizing our processes. It is paramount for us to achieve the highest possible quality for the polyurethane bodies, as well as to attain the most natural skin tone to facilitate the subsequent work of our painters.

In the coming months, our objectives are to fully complete the casting of John McClane's head and body parts and to commence their painting. Upon finalizing the trousers, our tailor will focus on crafting the bags. Once this stage is complete, all sewing processes for the John McClane project will be concluded.

The Hans Gruber figure project is being developed in parallel with the John McClane project. Over the past several months, our focus for this character has also been on accessory production.

Works in Progress:

• The painting of the head sculpts commenced this week. Completion is scheduled for the end of January.
• The bronze casting process for the wristwatch bodies is nearly finished.

All manufacturing stages are being carried out methodically, adhering to intricate production details and quality standards.

One of the upcoming priorities for this project is the production of the clothing. It will begin immediately upon the full completion of all tailoring work for the John McClane project.

Among the many projects undertaken by our studio, the Major Payne figure stands out for its relatively straightforward production process. Work on this project is progressing smoothly and efficiently, undoubtedly facilitated by our team's coordinated efforts. Despite being less technically complex than some of our other projects, working on it remains equally engaging and important.

Over the past few months, we have made significant progress in manufacturing the series of figures. We are currently ahead of schedule on several key components and are pleased to share this update.

Completed Work:

• Costume: The T-shirt, jacket, and trousers are fully completed.
• Head Sculpts: Casting of both head sculpt versions is complete. They await the painting stage.
• Hat: Components have been printed and painted. Final details will be added in the next stage.
• Insignia: All of Major Payne's insignia have been printed and painted. They will be attached during the assembly stage.
• Whistles: All metal components have been assembled. The finished items are in the warehouse.

The undisputed flagship project of this year is the Daywalker figure, which is currently in the pre-production stage. This phase is crucial for ensuring a smooth full-scale manufacturing process. We have already contacted all suppliers, placed orders for the necessary materials, and conducted test runs for painting the chrome-plated parts to address potential issues.

As previously communicated, one of the planned revisions was a redesign of the cloak belt buckle. The buckle design is now finalized, and the first samples have been printed. It will feature a magnetic clasp, allowing collectors to fasten the belt as on the prototype or leave it unfastened, according to their preference.

During our preparations, we also noted the material used for the magazine bullets on the prototype (bronze). In the final project specifications, this material has been changed: all bullets for the production figures will be cast in silver by a jewelry workshop.

Another current improvement involves replacing the plastic foot pegs inside the boots with polyurethane (rubber) ones, which will enhance the overall stability of the figure.

Current Production Progress:

• Costume: Our tailor is working on sewing the outfit. To date, 30% of the t-shirts are fully completed and stored in the warehouse.

• Accessories: Partners are engaged in manufacturing the metal components.

• Base/Stand: An electronics specialist is working on the internal construction of the figure's base.

• Packaging: To increase aesthetic value and ensure more secure transportation, we plan to enhance the packaging by placing the art book in a black soft-touch envelope.

• Casting: Our casting master has prepared the molds for creating copies of the Daywalker head sculpts.

Over the next couple of months, the primary focus will be on the production, casting, and printing of the figure's plastic components in preparation for the subsequent painting stage.

The "John" project is currently in its initial phase. We have already completed the preparatory stage by drafting the technical specifications and preparing the full suite of required production documentation.

Drawing on our prior successful experience with this project, we do not anticipate any unforeseen manufacturing difficulties. On the contrary, many of the technical processes are already well-established, giving us confidence in the project's potential for early completion.

To prevent potential delays, we have proactively placed advance orders with our suppliers for silicone body blanks, as well as for packaging boxes and foam inserts.

Over the next couple of months, the primary focus will be on supplier coordination and the procurement of all necessary manufacturing materials (fabrics, metal, chains, plastic). At this stage, it is crucial to fabricate all figure components to ensure a timely transition to the most time-intensive phases: parts painting and costume tailoring.

Among all the projects currently underway at our studio, the John McClane figure holds a truly special place. The sheer volume of experimental work undertaken by our team, beginning from the prototype stage, is unparalleled in our practice.

We have conducted extensive material testing, mastered new polyurethane casting techniques, and developed innovative methods for silicone casting. As of today, this phase has been successfully completed: our team has overcome the challenges and is now finalizing the casting of body parts and related accessories. All body sets are currently awaiting their turn for painting.

Progress on Costume and Accessories:

In accordance with the work plan for recent months, our tailor has fully completed the sewing of the trousers and has finalized work on the bags. In the final stage, we will add the necessary hardware to the bags and apply the final weathering effects to the trousers to achieve maximum authenticity.

Jewelry Craftsmanship:

Our partners at the jewelry workshop have completed the casting of the wristwatches. These items are crafted entirely from silver and effectively constitute independent miniature jewelry pieces.

Other Completed Works:

It is also worth noting the completion of the cigarettes with magnetic tips and the delivery of the packaging boxes, which arrived at our studio at the beginning of the year.

Plans for the Next Three Months:

Over the next three months, our team will be fully focused on finalizing the project to ensure a timely release. A significant portion of the work is already complete; however, a substantial amount of effort remains dedicated to refining small details: attaching hardware, adding final elements, and applying weathering effects. Additionally, we will need to proceed with printing the shoe lasts and cutting the foam inserts for the packaging boxes.

Work on the Hans Gruber project has been centered around several key processes, the most critical of which was the painting of the head sculpts. According to the initial schedule, all painting work was to be completed by January. However, due to certain complications that arose during the priming stage, it became necessary to return to the casting phase and produce additional copies of the heads. This, in turn, resulted in a slight delay and shifted the timeline for completing the painting work. At this stage, all that remains is to apply the final protective coating and transfer the finished heads to the warehouse.

In parallel, our partners at the jewelry workshop have completed the casting of the wristwatches. These items are crafted from solid bronze. The next phase involves fitting them with dials, protective crystals, and leather straps.

Our tailor is currently focused on creating the costume sets. We plan to finalize all sewing work for this project within the next two months, after which the assembly and packaging stages will commence.

Despite minor delays in the head painting process, all other production workflows are progressing strictly according to schedule. At present, there are no factors that could impede the timely completion of the project.

The Major Payne project is now in its final production stages. A significant amount of assembly work lies ahead, including fitting the costumes onto the body blanks, lacing the boots, and other finishing operations. These tasks are scheduled for the immediate pre-release period. Currently, the primary focus remains on painting the head sculpts, which is actively underway.

Completed Production Stages

As of today, we are pleased to announce the completion of the following stages:

• Metal glaives are finished and have been sent to the warehouse.

• In addition, the T-shirt production is complete, as well as the submachine guns is printed and they are currently being processed before being sent off for painting.

The Philosophy of Continuous Improvement

Prior to launching production for each project, we conduct a thorough prototype audit to identify potential improvements for the mass-produced item. The identified tasks are incorporated into the specifications, allowing us to mitigate shortcomings and enhance the future figure's strengths.

The Daywalker project stands out because the process of modernization and improvement continues even as mass production commences. While this approach has been used in our practice before, the scale of refinements for the Daywalker figure touches nearly every component.

Key Technological Enhancements

• Chrome Plating: One of our painter's major achievements has been applying chrome finish to the EDTA darts and buckles. We utilized a fundamentally different technology, resulting in a more realistic luster, closely resembling natural metal.

Quality Control and Process Optimization

As part of our studio's standard procedure, we continuously monitor production stages, striving to optimize and refine the processes themselves. This ensures smoother workflow and accelerated production.

Current Work in Progress

Trouser sewing is currently underway. We have also received all necessary electronic components for the stands. Once the housing work is complete, the master assigned to stand fabrication will commence assembly.

A significant amount of work still lies ahead, and we hope to discover additional opportunities for improvement, which certainly inspires the team. At present, production is progressing strictly according to the established schedule.

The John Coffey figure project is currently in an active production phase. We have received the body blanks from our suppliers, as well as the packaging boxes that will be needed at the final stage. We consider it important to prepare all necessary components in advance to eliminate the risk of unforeseen delays in the future.

Completed Work:

• The feet have been printed and are awaiting processing prior to painting.
• The metal components for the handcuffs are complete and await assembly at the warehouse.
